Our Response to COVID-19
Offering Virtual Appointments to Keep Everyone Safe
At Day & Night Heating & Air Conditioning Co.., our priority is your health and safety. That’s why we are taking extra precautions to ensure that we can continue to provide our essential HVAC services to all our customers throughout Fayetteville and surrounding areas while maintaining a safe distance. Our certified technicians are available to provide virtual appointments for your heating and air conditioning needs.
What Happens During a Virtual Appointment?
We schedule virtual HVAC appointments with Zoom. Using your phone or computer, we can walk you through our inspection process to help diagnose the issue and determine a solution.
Ready to book a virtual appointment? Call or text us at (910) 933-2338 to schedule yours for only $47.
Although our first suggestion is to schedule a virtual appointment, since many issues can be safely determined this way, we are also offering on-site service calls should the virtual consultation not do the trick. If you still need us to come to your home after your virtual appointment, we’ll apply the $47 fee towards your payment for the on-site service!
Taking Precautions During On-Site Service
In the event that we end up scheduling an on-site service at your home or business, you can rest assured that we are doing everything we can to keep everyone healthy. We are practicing the following:
-
Keeping technicians who are sick home from work
-
Wearing masks, gloves, and booties
-
Keeping our worksite clean
-
Practicing social distancing
-
Leaving your space cleaner than we found it
Schedule a Virtual HVAC Replacement Consultation
We understand that some things can’t be put on hold. If you need to replace your HVAC system, we are still available to help! Don’t hesitate to schedule a virtual HVAC replacement consultation to get your questions answered, such as:
-
What type of systems are available?
