Flat Rate-Up Front Pricing

Flat rate-up front pricing is a customer friendly type of pricing. With flat rate pricing we charge a diagnostic fee to drive to the customer’s place of business and determine the problem with their heating or cooling system. After diagnosing the problem, the service technician will look up the repair code and price in their flat rate book and then present the customer with the repair cost for their approval before the service technician continues the repair. This format allows the customer more control over the price of the repair versus the traditional hourly rate of repairs that can, and often do cost more than the quoted price.
