Roger

Congratulations to Roger for his recent induction as a member of the Accredited Installer of International Ground Source Heat Pump Association.

Roger is the vice president and service manager at Day & Night Heating & Air Conditioning Company. He has been with the company since June 1994. He is from eastern Kentucky but has lived in North Carolina for 18 years. Roger has been in the heating and A/C field as an installer and service technician since 1977. He has attended many factory service schools over the years and is a NATE certified technician. He also has his North Carolina H-3 license and is a member of ACCA. Along with helping to manage the company, some of Rogers' duties include: training the service technicians, developing training material, serving as a technical expert, managing the service department, acting as the dispatcher to make sure the team members get to the correct job on time, and designing residential and commercial comfort systems and control systems.
