We service all units! Our Technicians are trained to work on all brands and makes of residential Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.

Schedule Service Now:
For service or to talk to someone now, call our office at (910) 424-7272 or (910) 424-7676. For after-hours, allow 45 minutes for a Service Technician to call you back.

Schedule Service Online:
Click on the tab and fill in the information. You will be contacted on the next work day Monday through Friday. Any request filled out on the weekend will be checked on Monday morning. For emergency service, please call the after-hours number (910) 424-7272 for a faster response.

24 Hour Emergency Service:
We provide after hours emergency service when a customer has a loss of heating or cooling in the evening or weekends outside of normal working hours.  We also provide emergency service when the customer has a medical problem (heart, asthma, lung problems, etc.).

Diagnostic Pricing:
Diagnostic Pricing is the price we charge to drive to a customers home or place of business and determine the problem with their HVAC system. Please call for current pricing.

Flat Rate-Up Front Pricing:
Flat Rate-Up Front Pricing is a customer friendly type of pricing. With flat rate pricing we charge a diagnostic fee to drive to the customer’s home or place of business and determine the problem with their heating or cooling system. After diagnosing the problem, the service technician will look up the repair code and price in their flat rate book and then present the customer with the repair cost for their approval before the service technician continues the repair. This format allows the customer more control over the price of the repair versus the traditional hourly rate of repairs that can, and often do cost more than the quoted price.

“North American Technician Excellence”, is a nationally recognized testing agency that tests, trains and certifies service technicians. We encourage our technicians to take NATE approved classes and tests. www.natex.org.
